I hear you. With Thanksgiving in the U.S. upcoming on Thursday, this will be the first time that in what seems like at least 10 years that I won't be making a traditional dinner. Not much to be thankful or cheerful about.
You can still make the traditional dinner bro, I remember one year, I was feeling down, freshly single and lost. I made the full meal, fed it to the dog cause I was too depressed to eat. He promptly made sure I was loved… apparently dogs don’t eat a full thanksgiving meal. Maybe do a Cornish game hen, serving size is more appropriate and celebrate in your own way.
